Baker, Beekley Join Riffle NW’s Beverage Program

Chef Ken Norris — of the uber-buzzy upcoming seafood spot Riffle NW — has landed two more big fish to help with operations. In addition to thepreviously announced involvement of bartender-about-town Dave Shenaut, Norris has tapped CorksCrumanager Dan Beekley (formerly of Square Deal) as wine director, while current Rum Club bartender Emily Bakeris on-board as bar manager.
